How we started
MICA started as an idea in 2022, but it was not until 2023 that we were able to make it a reality, with the necessary resources to provide a better service for our customers. Our desire to automate and use our knowledge in the improvement of companies, led us to found what will be the best option for your business.
Who we are
We are a team that over the years, we gained experience in different business verticals, while we were knowing and learning more about NetSuite and the accounting area, we worked with different teams in different areas and various countries, learning more and more about the most common problems in each of the modules of the system. Thanks to this, we formed a technical and functional team in order to provide the best solution from different business perspectives.
Our goal
Our goal is to offer an optimal NetSuite support model, avoiding large contracts for large sums of money, we try to optimally attack the current problems of your business to provide fast and effective solutions. Our focus is to grow our technical and functional team, with trained people, to provide effective solutions through workflows, suitescripts (if required), or simply offering our functional knowledge to provide consulting and improve the system utilization.
